I have always loved ethnic art, especially from Africa and when I discovered African fabrics, I developed a passion.

I started to collect African wax print fabric. Their vibrant colours and imaginative patterns are fascinating and inspiring.

Using a technique originally from France, I make what I call “fabric pictures” on foam board. I use the simplicity of the lines of my African designs to enhance the original patterns of the African fabrics.

Now based in South-East London, I trade mainly on Greenwich market on Saturdays and Sundays.
